A Different Measure of Residential Living
Green Lake is a residential development set on 11 hectares in northern Bucharest, with 225 metres of direct frontage to Lake Grivița. Conceived around space, landscape and privacy, the project brings together contemporary architecture and an unusually low-density approach for the city.
The development continues an existing residential community established in 2009 and already home to almost 200 families. Its next chapter introduces new villas and apartments while preserving the qualities that define the place: generous space, direct contact with nature and a strong sense of community.
